Trumpeter and vocalist Jumaane Smith has traveled the world, played stages in historic clubs, in massive stadiums and at cultural landmarks, contributed to several Grammy winning albums, appeared on national television and performed for two sitting U.S. presidents. Mentored by jazz legends Rashied Ali and Wynton Marsalis, he was a member of the inaugural class of Jazz Studies at Julliard. Since 2004, he has toured and recorded extensively with crooner Michael Bublé. His other collaborations range from pop icons to jazz legends, including Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, Alicia Keys, The Jonas Brothers, Wyclef Jean, Justin Bieber, Diddy, Natalie Cole, James Ingram, Ravi Coltrane, Chris Botti and more. His debut solo album is scheduled to be released in early 2012.
